After 10 years, Frank Creative was ready to make a move to a new space. The challenge was moving into a space half the size. They wanted to utilize as much of their furniture and belongings as possible so we got creative and very detailed with space planning… measure twice, move once.
We used bookcases and file cabinets to create a divided space for a somewhat private conference room that separated the desk, kitchen and production areas. We also put the huge, solid wood, production table on wheels to take advantage of the occasional use of the rolling garage door for more space.
Once we planned a spot for everything (and every spot had a thing!), I scheduled and guided them through the purging and packing process. With painting and minor TI changes complete and all packed up and ready to go, moving day was a breeze. We even had extra time in the budget so I was able to stick around and help them unpack and get set up. Creative groups are always fun and they were no exception!
