I manage the whole process - from initial strategic planning and location scouting to management of all vendors and contractors to move-in and final set up. I take care of the crazy so you can focus on your business.

We had heard great things about Melissa from a former client of hers when we were looking for someone to manage the redevelopment of a new location for us as well as the move in once complete. She was warm and friendly, she listened to what we needed and she seemed both laid back and incredibly organized. As Executive Director I was responsible for the development and move but was heading into maternity leave right at a crucial point in the process.
